Initially excited about our stay, we were disappointed when we found out that our booked rooftop spa and terrace had been removed just days before we arrived. Despite a generous refund offer or a discount for the lack of amenities, it didn’t meet our expectations, as we specifically chose this hotel for those features. However, other guests enjoyed their stays, praising the stunning views and excellent location right on the beach.
